The West Indian trio – Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, and Nicholas Pooran – are at the top of the list when it comes to power hitting.
Andre Russell is known for his brutal hitting and unmatched six-hitting ability. 209 sixes and a staggering strike rate of 174.92 makes him the most dangerous batsman in IPL history.
Dre Russ’ fellow West Indian and KKR teammate Sunil Narine is not too far behind. He has decimated bowling attacks in powerplay and boasts a stunning strike rate of 165.83.
Another West Indian Nicholas Pooran has emerged as one of the feared middle-order hitters in Indian Premier League in the last few years. A career strike rate of 162.29 and ability to smash spinners and pacers alike makes him nightmare for the bowlers.
