Rajasthan Royals (RR) will play a ‘Pink Promise’ game against Mumbai Indians (MI) on May 1 in Jaipur. The gesture by the Royal Rajasthan Foundation (RRF) aims to empower rural women who are driving societal transformation.
For every RR vs MI match ticket sold in IPL 2025, the foundation will donate ₹100 for women-led rural transformation. Moreover, for every six hit in the game, RR and RRF will commit to lighting up six homes with solar power in Rajasthan’s Sambhar region.
In the last edition, the RR vs RCB game in Jaipur was dedicated to the #PinkPromise campaign. Batting first, RCB posted a daunting 183-run total, with Virat Kohli (113*) emerging as the top-scorer. Meanwhile, Yuzvendra Chahal picked two wickets for RR.
In response, Jos Buttler (100*) played an impressive knock to take RR over the line with five balls to spare. Reece Topley took two wickets for the visitors.
During the launch of the #PinkPromise campaign on Women’s day earlier this year, RR CEO Jake Lush McCrum said:

Rajasthan Royals will look to get back to winning ways against RCB
Rajasthan Royals will meet Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on Thursday (April 24) in Bengaluru. Ahead of this game, the Rajasthan-based franchise are at the eighth position in the points table with two victories in eight games.
Their last win came against Punjab Kings, where they won by 50 runs in New Chandigarh. Since then, the side has sustained four losses on the trot and will have to win almost all remaining games to qualify for the playoffs.
