Changes expected in RCB’s XI

As the IPL resumes after a week’s suspension, some of the foreign players have headed to their home and few have international commitments. However, that is the least concern for RCB, as most of their overseas recruits are available until the league stage.

However, one thing is certain, they will be without Josh Hazlewood (minor shoulder niggle) and Devdutt Padikkal (ruled out of tournament due to hamstring injury). Padikkal played the last game, and is expected to be replaced by Mayank Agarwal in the XI.

The Kolkata-based franchise are sixth in the IPL 2025 points table, with 11 points in 12 appearances. They have an outside chance to qualify for the top four, if they win their remaining two games with a big margin.

In their last outing, KKR posted 179 against CSK, with Ajinkya Rahane (48) emerging as the top-scorer. Although, Vaibhav Arora did well to grab three wickets, the Super Kings won the game in the last over.

Changes expected in KKR’s XI

Unfortunately, KKR will miss the services of their star international players, Moeen Ali and Rovman Powell, who didn’t return to India due to medical reasons. In the last game, Harshit Rana played as an Impact Player and might replace Ali in the XI.
