Punjab Kings vs Mumbai Indians Head to Head
Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians have clashed on 32 occasions in the tournament so far. MI hold a slight edge in the head-to-head record with 17 wins.
Both teams last met in IPL 2024 in Mullanpur, with PBKS choosing to bowl first. Although, MI lost Ishan Kishan (8) early, Rohit Sharma (36) and Suryakumar Yadav (78) steered the side in a comfortable fashion.
Tilak Varma (34*) remained unbeaten as MI posted a strong 192-run total. Harshal Patel bagged three wickets for the home side.
In response, PBKS lost their four wickets in a span of just three overs. Harpreet Singh Bhatia (13) and Shashank Singh (41) resurrected the team’s innings.
Although, Ashutosh Sharma (61) played a blinder of an innings, PBKS were all-out for 183. Gerald Coetzee and Jasprit Bumrah scalped three wickets each for MI.
