However, Quinton de Kock (81) and Nicholas Pooran (40) played impressive knocks to lead the Super Giants to a 181-run total. Glenn Maxwell took two wickets for the home side.

In response, RCB’s top three, Virat Kohli (22), Faf du Plessis (19) and Rajat Patidar (29) got starts, but couldn’t convert them into a big knock. Only, Mahipal Lomror (33) was the significant contributor, as RCB were bundled out for 153. Mayank Yadav scalped three wickets for LSG.
